Thunder Mountain Bike Park, MA
Signature Camp
August 31 - September 1
$550
*Camp notes
This is a “downhill” focused camp with chairlift access at Thunder Mountain. The trails range from mild, low-angle flow trails with fun berms and rollable jumps to steep, rocky, rooty descents.
*Note: If you are a very advanced rider who has specific goals like “gap-jumps, doubles, whips, over 5ft drops, etc,” we suggest taking a private lesson with one of our coaches at a location that caters to jumping and dropping. If you are CLEARING tabletops (landing both wheels on landing, not top of table) comfortably and consistently, a private lesson will be more suited to your needs and desires.
Email info@gritclinics.com for more info.
Also please note electronic pedal-assist bikes are NOT allowed on trails at Thunder Mountain. :(
Helmet Requirements
This camp will have lift-access riding for riders and full-face helmets are required while downhill riding. If you bring a full-face with you, also bring your open-face helmet for morning skills and drills. We will have a limited number of full-face helmets to demo but please plan to bring your own, borrow one from a friend or rent one from a bike shop or the resort. Downhill helmets are best paired with goggles so bring those too if possible.

"Today was my first post-clinic ride and I cannot believe the difference in my riding! First, I wasn't far behind my husband for once. Second, you've turned me into a real mountain biker! Third, I was jumping over rocks just for fun! Thank you for opening my eyes to a whole new world!"
