Join Ladies AllRide for empowering mountain bike skills clinics exclusively for women on the stunning trails of Bend, Oregon. Don't miss out, reserve your spot now!

These camps are hosted at Seventh Mountain Resort where we work on perfecting skills in small groups using a large grassy area, a mountain bike-specific skills center, dirt jumps, a giant berm, small drops, a pump track and cross-country style trails nearby. Each afternoon we shuttle or ride to nearby cross-country trails for fun shred-sessions! Whoo hoo!

We have also added an optional 1/2 day coach guided tour (9am-1pm) the day after camp ends to put all of your new skills to practice! This will be an additional fee if interested. Be prepared to pedal 18 miles (+/- a couple of miles) with around 1000 feet of climbing on the ride. This will be an intermediate ride.

Bend, OR is an outdoor enthusiast's dream. We love living in Bend for its outdoor pursuits, laid-back vibe, pristine beauty, sun-drenched days and cool nights. The mountain bike trails are flowy and fun. You can't help but smile on some of the long swooping downhills with corners, rollers and berms galore. A handful of trails have great jumps, the few lava rock gardens are challenging and great technical practice and the views on the upper trails are spectacular. The best thing about Bend is the easy access to so many trails nearby, yet you're deep in the woods away from it all. Plus, with around 20 breweries (our favorite is Deschutes Brewery) and a plethora of local coffee goodness, it's easy to wind up or wind down in this outdoor mecca.

E-bikes are allowed on some Bend trails.

More Information

"Learning how to mountain bike has been one of the most empowering experiences of my life. It has taught me that I am physically and emotionally strong, that I have the mental and emotional fortitude to do intimidating things, and it has shown me that I am capable of evolving indefinitely. LAR celebrated all of those things and gave me the skills to keep progressing."
