Cancellation Policy & Go/No-Go Minimum Enrollment Policy
Our cancellation policy is essential to maintaining the sustainability of our business and supporting our dedicated staff. While we cannot make exceptions under any circumstance—even for injuries or emergencies—we strongly recommend protecting your investment with trip insurance, such as Travel Guard Insurance, to provide peace of mind.
Planning for our clinics begins months in advance. Every detail, from meals and goody bags to group sessions, coaching pairings, and securing nonrefundable venues and lodging, is carefully organized to create a safe and high-quality experience.
Because of this extensive preparation, last-minute cancellations are challenging to accommodate. As a result, our cancellation policy applies to all situations, including injuries and emergencies.

Retreat Cancellation Policy6+ Months Prior to the Event: 100% future camp credit, to be used within one year of the initial retreat booking date. Credits are non-refundable if a second cancellation is required OR a refund minus a $250 booking fee.
4 to 6 Months Prior to the Event: 50% future camp credit, to be used within one year of the initial retreat booking date. Credits are non-refundable if a second cancellation is required. No refund available.
4 Months or Less Before the Event: No refund available. Cancellations within 4 months of the retreat or “no shows” are non-refundable.
Transfers are not allowed.
Payment Terms: Accounts must be paid in full 6 months prior to the event. If you need to arrange a payment plan, please contact us at info@ladiesallride.com.
Important Notice: Travel & Medical Insurance
International medical insurance coverage is required for all participants, and we strongly suggest adding travel insurance. Be sure that your plan covers mountain biking.

Important Notice: Trip Insurance
No one plans on getting hurt, falling ill, or dealing with a family emergency right before a trip — but it does happen, and more frequently than you might expect. To safeguard against unexpected situations that could force you to cancel and lose your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing trip protection. We recommend Travel Guard Insurance.
Go / No-Go Minimum Enrollment PolicyAll Ladies AllRide camps and retreats are subject to a minimum number of registered participants. To ensure the highest quality experience and proper event planning, we must reach our minimum enrollment threshold no later than one (1) month prior to the camp start date and four (4) months prior to the retreat start date.
If the minimum participant requirement is not met by that time, Ladies AllRide reserves the right to cancel the camp or retreat. In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, all payments made to Ladies AllRide will be refunded in full.
Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe following cancellation notification.
We recommend that participants wait to make non-refundable travel arrangements until the camp or retreat is confirmed to proceed.
