Why Our Policy is Structured This Way:

The months leading up to a clinic are crucial for planning and preparation. We carefully organize everything—from ordering food and beverages to assembling goodie bags, grouping participants, planning sessions, and mapping courses based on individual riding abilities. This involves pairing participants with the most suitable coach and compiling emergency contact and medical information for each attendee. In addition, our retreat locations require nonrefundable lodging and venue payments months before the event.

When cancellations occur, especially within weeks of the clinic, it’s extremely difficult to fill the spot due to the detailed preparation involved. As a result, our cancellation policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to emergencies or injuries.

This process ensures our camps provide the highest quality learning experience in a safe and well-prepared environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

cancellation policy for signature camps
  • Cancellations within 30 days or less of the event or "no show" will not receive a refund.

  • Transfers are not allowed. *Unless in the case Ladies AllRide cancels a camp.

To make sure your trip is 100% covered, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance.
why do we have THIS cancellation policy?

The month leading up to a clinic is a crucial time for planning and preparation.  We order food and beverages, put together goodie bags, group participants, create specific sessions, and map courses based on each individual’s riding ability. We pair participant groups with the most appropriate coach and create lists of emergency contacts and medical information for each participant. This is all a manual process. When someone cancels we not only must take the time to find someone to fill their spot, but we must also adjust all of the previously mentioned planning documents. When a cancellation occurs just weeks before the clinic, it is almost impossible for us to fill the spot because of all the preparation involved. As a result, our cancellation policy also applies to emergencies and injuries.

This whole process is to ensure our camps provide the highest quality learning experience, in a safe environment, for all our participants. Thank you for your understanding!
