Our mission is to help more people unlock the transformative power of mountain biking - a thrilling and challenging sport that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit. Using mountain biking as a tool, we strive to help people discover their potential and what they’re truly capable of.

Founded by longtime professional mountain biker and skills instructor Lindsey Richter - whose life was saved/changed because of mountain biking - She is on a mission to help transform lives through the power of bikes. Together with her team, they aim to inspire women to face fears, believe in themselves, gain skills, and feel RAD on their mountain bikes!
Energizing Skills Camps for All Levels
Lindsey, her business partner Meredith Brandt (Grit Clinics, LLC ) and teammate Kelli Esselman work full-time to run a series of educational, energizing and inspirational mountain bike skills camps and retreats around the world: Liv Ladies AllRide // Powered by SRAM
