Receive professional skills coaching on prefabricated obstacles and trail features from some of the nation’s top certified MTB coaches
While we incorporate trail rides to apply what you’ve learned, the focus is on honing skills and techniques rather than covering distance

Goody bag with sponsor swag and discounts
Coffee, hydration (Skratch electrolytes) and snacks (like Kate’s Real Food bars & fruit) provided throughout the day

Cross Country vs. Downhill Camps
Cross Country
Cross country camps are designed to hone both climbing and descending skills. These camps involve more pedaling compared to downhill camps. While they’re not "hammer-fests"—meaning you won’t be doing long, fast-paced rides—they do require a base level of fitness. If you're looking to balance your focus between climbing and descending, a cross country camp is the perfect choice for you!
Downhill
Downhill camps are all about building your descending skills, and no prior experience at a downhill park is required! These parks offer a unique opportunity to practice and refine your technique with repeated runs on trails—something not typically available in cross-country camps. With trails designed for all skill levels, downhill parks make it easy to cater to every rider’s abilities. While there may be some opportunities to work on climbing, it’s not the primary focus. If you’re seeking a camp centered on extensive climbing skills, a cross country camp might be a better fit. But trust us, downhill camps are super fun for all riding abilities!
Retreat Includes:
Retreats are meant to help foster deeper connections with other participants and coaches. This is a space to meet new friends who love to mountain bike just like you!
Experience 5–7 days of all-inclusive adventures featuring expert guiding, professional coaching, comfortable lodging, delicious meals, and enriching cultural activities
Retreats cater to different rider levels depending on location. Please view individual retreat pages for specifics.
Immerse yourself in the local culture and ride world-class trails at some of our favorite dream mountain biking destinations
You’ll still benefit from the exceptional skills development and expertise of our renowned coaches, but our retreats place a greater emphasis on riding. Along the way, we may pause to session specific trail sections and provide valuable video feedback to enhance your experience
Retreats are a more intimate experience
There are 14-21 participants on a retreat with a 1:7 coach to participant ratio
it's all about you!
These experiences are meant to bring women together to share the joys of mountain biking and learn in a welcoming, encouraging and non-competitive environment.
We help you understand mountain biking on a deeper level and are sure you will take your riding to a level you never thought possible! We begin our day with skills and drills practice in a safe, controlled environment so each participant gets personal attention while dialing in skills before hitting the trails. Each destination has different terrain to work with. Intro to small jumps and drops is a possibility for those ready.
*Note: If you are a very advanced rider who has specific goals like “gap-jumps, doubles, whips, over 5ft drops, etc,” we suggest taking a private lesson with one of our coaches at a location that caters to jumping and dropping. If you are CLEARING tabletops comfortably and consistently, a private lesson will be more suited to your needs and desires.
