Flims, Switzerland
Retreat
September 20-26, 2026
$4450 per person, shared occupancy
An experience that dreams are made of.
Join us for a seven-day, six-night retreat in the heart of the Swiss Alps, home to some of the most breathtaking mountain biking in Europe. Ride high-alpine trails in Graubunden Switzerland with Ladies AllRide coaches and local experts who know every corner of this world-class bike region. This retreat is all about experiencing the most iconic Swiss trails, sharpening your skills, immersing yourself in local culture and savoring fresh alpine cuisine.
This retreat is designed for intermediate to advanced riders. It’s a bonus if you have attended a Ladies AllRide camp or have had other professional mountain bike instruction. Retreats are focused on riding local trails with daily rides that could range from 16-24 miles and 1600-2800 ft of climbing. This retreat will include a mix of lift assisted trails and good ol’ uphill pedaling with no lifts.
We will be staying in the town of Flims at the Flem Mountain Lodge, a women-owned mountain bike lodge operated by sisters Anita and Caro Gehrig. Last year many participants said: “You have to say it’s a MTB and Foodie retreat after this food!” The food blew our minds!
Your room will be shared with 1-2 other riders and include full or queen beds. If you are ready to melt into the Swiss Alps for the week, ride world class trails, improve your riding, eat fresh local meals and enjoy the quiet serenity of Flims, this retreat is for you. We are excited to share this experience with you!
Flem Mountain Lodge is located about 2 hours from the Zurich International Airport.

“I’ve been riding MTB’s for 30yrs now and have been interested in doing a MTB trip in Europe for years, but I always hesitated joining an inclusive trip b/c I feared their idea of MTB’g and mine would differ greatly. When Ladies AllRide promoted a trip to Switzerland I knew this would be an epic MTB trip! My expectations were exceeded! Not only did I ride some gnarly & fun trails with beautiful scenery, but I had an incredible “foodie” experience as well! It was like someone had curated the perfect European vacation for me! And to top it off I received some coaching tips appropriate for the type of terrain we were riding. This was such an incredible experience. I would recommend it to all of my MTB friends!”

“The Switzerland retreat was the best trip I have ever had. The Flems Lodge was a perfect location to be at the hub of the adventure. The Gehrig twins who run the lodge are amazing and offer great hospitality. The food, riding and company were amazing. Switzerland has beautiful scenery and awesome riding. Having the Ladies AllRide team coordinate all of the details and be our guides for the riding and activities were perfect. I came home with unforgettable memories and new friendships. I highly recommend this trip!”

“Joining Ladies AllRide for their 2025 Flims Retreat was THE best mountain biking adventure I’ve ever been on, complete with: jaw-dropping scenery + terrain, a great group of fellow riders + coaches, and luxury accommodations + meals at Flem Mountain Lodge!! Signing up with LAR made it effortless to spend this awesome week mountain biking in Switzerland!!”

“My mountain biking trip to Switzerland was incredible! The riding was amazing—with every trail I had a blast. At times I was challenged and out of my comfort zone, but I ended up learning and growing and leaving a better rider. You can't beat the scenary - it is unreal and pictures don't do it justice. The food was almost better than the mountain biking. The environment that Ladies AllRide creates makes you feel welcomed and easy to make lasting friendships. I am so grateful I didn’t miss this trip. I hope to go on another Ladies AllRide retreat again. Worth every penny!”
